Chef Brian Roland brings exclusive, live culinary theater to Fort Myers on July 29th, combining world-class gastronomy with hyper-local education and workforce development initiatives.
FORT MYERS, FL — July 14, 2026 — Crave Culinaire, Southwest Florida’s premier luxury hospitality and event design group, today
announced the next highly anticipated installment of its Crave for a Cause summer series: Fueling Futures. Taking place on Wednesday, July 29th, this exclusive, interactive pop-up dining experience will transform The Heights Center in Fort Myers into a high-end culinary theater designed to fund critical education, arts, family support, and wellness programs for over 780 local children.
Following a completely sold-out June event, Crave Culinaire is raising the bar for summer philanthropy. “Fueling Futures” is strictly limited to 60 guests, offering an intimate, front-row seat to the collective artistry of Chef Brian Roland and his talented culinary team. Beyond an extraordinary meal, this event offers an immersive look into the direct impact of the evening’s cause. Guests will have the unique opportunity to experience firsthand how their attendance changes lives, witnessing the very space where the foundation’s vital programs come to life and seeing how the community’s support structurally empowers local families. True food enthusiasts will enjoy this meticulously curated 4-course interactive menu prepared entirely live by Crave’s talented chefs, with each course perfectly paired with hand-selected boutique wines.
“Fourteen years ago, I created the vision for Crave and have poured my entire life into building it—but I have never done it alone,” said Chef Brian Roland, Founder of Crave Culinaire. “I am surrounded by a tremendous, passionate team that supports me, more now than ever since my accident. Our summer series is about moving our table directly into the communities we serve. When you are given a second chance, your perspective on service completely shifts, and giving back becomes who you are. Alongside my talented chefs and creative management team, we want to give 60 individuals an unforgettable night while directly investing in the education, resilience, and personal development of the next generation of local leaders.”
