Crave Culinaire, an upscale catering company based out of Naples, Florida, announced its expansion into the Sarasota area earlier this month. Utilizing ultra-modern techniques and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, Crave Culinaire wows guests with immaculate presentation and enticing dishes. The team recently celebrated its five-year anniversary and is excited to expand into this new market.
Team Crave has expanded to serve guests in the Sarasota, Venice Beach and Siesta Key areas of Florida, bringing them a catering service the area has never seen before. Not afraid to push the envelope and think outside the box, Chef Brian Roland and his team of event professionals design custom menus for a multitude of different events, including in-home dining, wine pairing experiences, cooking classes, corporate events and more. Team Crave offers personalized services that are designed to provide guests with the ultimate dining experience…one that they’ll never forget.
Crave Culinaire’s most recent notable events include; Golisano Children’s Museum’s “Night at the Museum” Gala, serving over 450 guests, various charity events, benefiting local charity organizations across Southwest Florida, such as the Make a Wish Foundation and Gulfshore Playhouse, and numerous private events, including a private dinner event in an airplane hangar and a James Bond themed birthday bash.
Founded by Chef Brian in 2013, Crave Culinaire (www.craveculinaire.com) grew from only a handful of team members and one catering vehicle to earning such accolades as “Best Caterer” by Gulfshore Life and Chef Brian’s appearance on CNBC’s Restaurant Startup. In 2017, Chef Brian and his wife, Nicole, started Venue Naples, an upscale event space, which features the culinary masterpieces of Crave Culinaire. Team Crave has worked with over 100 chefs in their kitchen and has fed over 85,000 mouths since 2013.
