“An Evening with Matty Jollie” Hosted By: Venue Naples & Crave Culinaire

Back by popular demand, Venue Naples is proud to once again welcome local celebrity musician Matty Jollie for an evening of dinner and dancing on Tuesday, June 20th at 7:00 PM.

Performing since the age of four, and involved in theatre productions since age seven, Matty Jollie has always had a passion for the stage. His experiences as a young boy helped to forge his great love of performance. After turning professional at age 21, Matty quickly became one of Naples’ fastest “rising stars.”

Continuing to strive for the best as a solo musician, Matty is currently performing with The Powerhouse Band, one of the most premier touring corporate acts in the country. His “Evolution of Music” show will take you on a journey; beginning in the 1960s, Matty will transport you through time, and back to the here and now, as he performs your favorite hits decade-by-decade.

Driven by the pursuit of excellence, immaculate presentation and breaking boundaries, Venue Naples is a fully customizable, multi-use event space, incorporating fine dining and above-and-beyond service. Foie Gras made by Crave Culinaire

Foie gras is a popular  French delicacy made of duck or goose liver. The flavor is rich, delicate and buttery and can vary between the methods used to cook them. Foie Gras can either be mi-cuit (half-cooked) or semi-conserve (in conserve). It is sold whole, or is prepared into mousse, parfait, or pâté, and may also be served as an accompaniment to another food item, such as steak.

Team Crave showcased its own versions of the Foie Gras through its “Menage a Foie”:

Silverspot Cinema, 9118 Strada Place at Mercato, has launched a monthly chef tasting series, “Taste of Nations,” featuring notable area chefs and international cuisine, starting Tuesday, September 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Tickets are $65 per person.

Team Crave  will tempt your palate with flavors of Spain (Please see below the menu), including a variety of Tapas, a Buffet and Sweet Cravings.

Chef Brian Roland and his team were again part of this year’s Celebrity Chef event at Rumrunners in Cape Coral, benefitting The Golisano Children’s Hospital!
