Southwest Florida Caterer, Crave Culinaire, Announces Promotion of Sam Sorenson to Executive Sous Chef

Bonita Springs, Florida, November 19th, 2020– Crave Culinaire, a prominent Southwest Florida caterer, announces that Chef Sam Sorenson has been promoted to Executive Sous Chef this month. The caterer has been wowing crowds with expertly-prepared cuisine, lavish presentation and a superb attention to detail for over seven years and works alongside its event planning company, Virtual Venue Naples to provide the ultimate small gathering, virtual and hybrid experiences in Southwest Florida.

Sorenson began cooking at the age of 21 after an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist. Being a visual arts major, he developed a love for creativity and that love manifested its way into creating exceptional cuisine in one of New York City’s most popular restaurants, Buddakan. Perfecting the craft, he began to establish an understanding and a deep appreciation for cooking, allowing for more spontaneity, more creativity and more delectable dishes to arise. Aside from being in the kitchen, Sorenson enjoys exploring the local wildlife, chasing waterfalls and spending time with his wife.
